HOLY MUSIC INTERNATIONAL — TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Our user agreement

Welcome to Holy Music International.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Holy Music International website, educational programs, digital resources, memberships, subscriptions, and related services.

Holy Music International LLC (“HMI,” “Holy Music International,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Michigan limited liability company.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or subscription, enrolling in the HMI Artist Launch Academy, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our paid services.

1. Our Services

Holy Music International provides educational content, artist-development resources, digital courses, tools, and related services designed primarily for Christian artists, songwriters, worship leaders, musicians, producers, and other creatives.

Our services may include the HMI Artist Launch Academy, downloadable workbooks and resources, video lessons, guest conversations, educational materials, community resources, artist-development tools, events, and other services HMI may introduce in the future.

The Artist Launch Academy currently focuses on three primary areas of artist development: Ministry, Music, and Marketing.

HMI reserves the right to add, remove, modify, update, reorganize, or discontinue features, lessons, resources, instructors, guest contributors, or other portions of our services when reasonably necessary.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our services. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your purchase and use of paid HMI services where required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

Your account is intended for your individual use unless HMI expressly states otherwise.

You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide your account credentials or paid Academy access to another person.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

3. Purchases

Before purchasing a product, program, membership, or subscription, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description, price, billing frequency, refund terms, and other material terms presented at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize HMI and its payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable amount, including any applicable taxes or other charges disclosed at checkout.

Prices may change in the future. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase, but future purchases or renewal pricing may be subject to updated pricing where permitted by law and after any required notice.

4. Student Access

HMI may offer discounted Student Access to eligible college or university students.

Applicants may be required to submit information reasonably necessary for HMI to verify student eligibility.

By submitting a Student Access application, you certify that the information provided is truthful and accurate.

Approval of Student Access is determined by HMI based on the eligibility requirements in effect at the time of application.

HMI may request additional verification and may revoke discounted Student Access if HMI reasonably determines that eligibility information was false, misleading, fraudulent, or no longer satisfies the requirements of the applicable student offer.

Revocation of a student discount does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

Student Access is intended only for the approved student and may not be transferred or shared.

5. Annual Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Certain HMI plans, including Student Access where indicated at checkout, are recurring annual subscriptions.

If you purchase an annually recurring plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Your payment method will be charged the applicable renewal price disclosed to you, subject to any notice required by applicable law.

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize HMI and its payment provider to process recurring charges according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

You may cancel an eligible subscription through the cancellation options available in your HMI/Wix member account or by contacting HMI for assistance.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but, unless otherwise stated or required by law, does not itself create a refund for amounts already paid.

After cancellation, access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless the subscription is canceled immediately as part of a refund, policy violation, or other circumstance.

HMI will comply with applicable laws governing recurring subscriptions, renewals, disclosures, consent, and cancellation.

This explicit disclosure is important because recurring billing terms and cancellation methods should be presented before enrollment. Wix supports self-service subscription cancellation through its Members Area when enabled. Wix Support Center

6. Refund Policy

Purchases of the HMI Artist Launch Academy are subject to HMI’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For an initial eligible Academy purchase, HMI generally provides a seven (7) calendar day refund period beginning on the original purchase date.

Because HMI provides immediate access to digital educational content and downloadable resources, HMI reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to deny a refund where there is evidence of substantial course consumption, substantial downloading or copying of included resources, abuse of the refund policy, fraud, or similar misuse.

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period.

Additional terms appear in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights available to you under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, HMI owns or licenses the intellectual property associated with its website, branding, courses, videos, lesson materials, written materials, worksheets, workbooks, graphics, educational frameworks, and other original content.

Purchasing access to an HMI program gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable materials for your own educational purposes.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of HMI intellectual property to you.

Unless HMI provides written permission, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload, republish, sublicense, commercially exploit, or distribute substantial portions of HMI's paid materials.

You may not record or redistribute paid Academy videos or make paid HMI materials publicly available.

You may use worksheets and tools for your own personal artist development and career planning.

8. Guest Contributors

HMI programs may contain educational conversations, interviews, lessons, or appearances from guest contributors.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a guest appearance does not imply that the guest contributor endorses HMI, guarantees HMI's services, is an employee of HMI, or has entered into an ongoing partnership with HMI.

The views expressed by individual guest contributors are their own.

HMI may update or remove guest content when appropriate.

9. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee of Results

HMI provides educational and informational resources.

We do not guarantee any particular artistic, financial, professional, spiritual, commercial, or career outcome.

Participation in an HMI program does not guarantee streams, followers, audience growth, revenue, profit, playlist placement, publishing opportunities, management representation, record deals, awards, industry connections, employment, collaborations, or other specific outcomes.

Results vary based on many factors outside HMI's control, including an artist's work, talent, consistency, market conditions, resources, audience, decisions, and circumstances.

Testimonials or examples of individual experiences are not guarantees that another person will achieve the same result.

10. Professional Advice Disclaimer

HMI content is provided for general educational purposes.

Nothing provided through HMI should be interpreted as individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Educational discussions involving copyright, publishing, royalties, contracts, business formation, taxes, or similar subjects are intended to help artists understand general concepts.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional concerning decisions requiring individualized professional advice.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HMI services to:

  • violate applicable law;

  • obtain or distribute HMI content without authorization;

  • share paid account credentials;

  • interfere with the website or services;

  • attempt unauthorized access to another account or HMI system;

  • engage in fraud or impersonation;

  • distribute malware or malicious code;

  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or

  • use HMI services in a way that materially harms HMI, its customers, contributors, or systems.

12. Suspension or Termination

HMI may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized account sharing, material violation of these Terms, illegal activity, security threats, abuse of HMI systems or personnel, or infringement of HMI intellectual property.

Where appropriate, HMI may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

13. Availability and Changes

We work to provide reliable access to HMI services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting providers, payment providers, internet outages, third-party platforms, security incidents, or circumstances outside HMI's reasonable control.

HMI may make reasonable updates to course content and services over time.

14. Third-Party Services

HMI uses third-party services to operate portions of its business, which may include website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, automation, affiliate management, and related technology.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

HMI is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HMI and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of HMI services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMI's aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount you paid HMI for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Changes to These Terms

HMI may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes affecting existing recurring subscriptions take effect.

HOLY MUSIC INTERNATIONAL — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: September 19, 2026

1. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our educational content, resources, and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are generally final, except as expressly provided in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Artist Launch Academy Initial Purchase
For your initial purchase of the HMI Artist Launch Academy, we offer a seven (7) calendar day refund period beginning on the date of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To maintain the integrity of our educational programs, HMI reserves the right to deny refund requests if, within the 7-day period, there is evidence of: substantial consumption of course video content; substantial downloading of workbooks, templates, or resources; multiple refund requests across different accounts; or other activities that suggest the content was accessed primarily for copying or distribution rather than individual education.

4. Subscriptions and Renewals
Annual subscriptions, including Student Access plans, automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining portion of a subscription year already paid.

5. Submitting a Request
To request a refund within the 7-day eligibility period, please contact us at info@weareholymusic.com with your name, account email, and order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have an issue with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve it. Filing a formal chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with HMI may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is investigated.

7. Modifications
HMI reserves the right to modify these policies. Any changes will apply to future purchases. Policy updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights available to consumers in their specific jurisdiction.
