3. Connected Third-Party Accounts
HMI Artist Manager may allow you to connect third-party services such as Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, and other supported platforms.
When you authorize a connection, HMI may receive information permitted by the permissions you approve.
Depending on the service, this may include account identity information, profile information, audience metrics, channel statistics, or other authorized information used to provide Artist Manager features.
If you connect your Instagram account to HMI Artist Manager, HMI may receive authorized information such as your:
-
Instagram account identifier;
-
username;
-
name;
-
profile information;
-
profile picture;
-

You may revoke HMI's access to your Instagram account through the applicable settings provided by Instagram/Meta. You may also contact HMI using the instructions on this page to request deletion of eligible Instagram information previously stored by HMI.
4. Disconnecting an Account vs. Deleting Data
Disconnecting or revoking access to a third-party account prevents or limits HMI's ability to obtain new information through that authorization.
However, disconnecting a third-party account is not necessarily the same as requesting deletion of information previously received by HMI.
If you would also like eligible previously collected information deleted from HMI's systems, submit a Data Deletion Request to:
5. What Happens After a Deletion Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, HMI will review the request, verify the requester's identity where appropriate, and delete or anonymize eligible personal information in accordance with applicable law and HMI's legal and operational obligations.
Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required, including information needed for:
-
legal or regulatory compliance;
-
accounting and transaction records;
-
fraud prevention and security;
-
dispute resolution;
-
enforcement of agreements; or
-
establishing or defending legal claims.
Where information must be retained for one of these purposes, HMI will limit its use as appropriate.
6. Third-Party Data
A request submitted to HMI applies to personal information controlled by HMI.
Deleting information from HMI does not automatically delete your account or information directly from Instagram, Google, YouTube, Spotify, or another third-party service.
To delete information held directly by a third-party provider, you may need to submit a separate request to that provider.
7. Questions About Data Deletion
If you have questions about deletion of your information or need assistance submitting a request, contact:
