Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Holy Music International, we are committed to providing high-quality training and resources for worship leaders and artists. Please review our refund and cancellation policies outlined below.

Academy Enrollments: Due to the digital nature of our Artist Launch Academy curriculum and the immediate access granted upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after access has been provided.

Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles; however, partial refunds for the remaining period of an active month are not provided.

Event & Workshop Tickets: Tickets for live events or workshops may be refundable up to 30 days prior to the event date, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual.

Digital Products: All standalone digital downloads, including sheet music, backing tracks, and e-books, are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed.
