4. Authorization Credentials and Access Tokens

When you authorize HMI to connect with a third-party service, that service may provide HMI with authorization credentials, such as access or refresh tokens.

These credentials allow HMI to access authorized information without requiring you to repeatedly sign in to the third-party service.

HMI uses such credentials only as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the connection and associated HMI features.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect authorization credentials from unauthorized access.

Disconnecting an integration may prevent HMI from obtaining new information from that service. Previously collected information may remain subject to HMI's applicable retention and deletion practices.

  • roadmaps;

  • insights;

  • progress indicators;

  • suggested actions;

  • marketing or release guidance;

  • drafts or summaries; and

  • other career-management assistance.

Automated recommendations are intended to assist users and are not guarantees of career, financial, streaming, audience, or other results.

Where appropriate, HMI may distinguish between information automatically verified through connected data and information that requires confirmation or action by the user.

13. Data Security

HMI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no online service, database, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify HMI if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

14. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information.

These rights may include the ability to request:

  • access to certain personal information;

  • correction of inaccurate information;
